Limited company Management
This is our primary service giving you access to a team of fully qualified Accountants working for you on a day to day basis. Whilst many Umbrella only companies will try and suggest that this is a real hassle we as you have probably surmised remove the real hassle and just get on with things behind the scenes. We can form a Limited company for you on the day of discussion and this would not be a ‘shelf company’ you get quite rightly the choice of company name.
When running your Limited company you must be aware of certain legal responsibilities, but rest assured we take most of the burden away from you.

All you need do:

Raise an invoice for your time (using the web based system which will have the details preformatted into it). So it will be a simple hit the button once a month. |

Give us details of your expenses incurred (we consult with you fully at the outset to ensure that you know exactly what can be claimed to maximise the income). |
|
Balance your business account online each month to ensure that the income, expenses and all your details are correct. |
