Company closure fees
As long as we are made aware that you need to wind the company down then this is taken care of within the monthly fees. It normally takes around 3 months for this process to conclude.
* Dormant company – This is relevant when between contracts but wanting to have the access to the company at some stage in the near future as this allows you to keep the company ‘on ice’ and ready for action when the next contract is available.
** Limited company formation only – If you simply require us to form a company on your behalf and do not require professional advisers.
